    Yyvern I've seen people suggest soaking regular kibble in water and blending it as kong stuffing if he likes his kibble enough, it would be a good way to keep him entertained while sticking to his normal diet!

    Objective-Holiday597 I stuff my guy's Kong with pumpkin and freeze it (suggested by vet). He loves it and because the pumpkin has frozen in the Kong it takes him time to get it out. He's also watching his calories

    tilyd I started to mix plain yogurt with water to dilute it, that way I can cover the whole lick mat with just a small spoon of yogurt. I mix in a little bit of peanut butter or treat powder (at the bottom of the bag of freeze dried treats ahah) for flavour!

    usenamessuck ss Not a kong, but I fill a balloon with water and a bit of bone broth, tie it up and freeze it (takes a couple of days). Take the balloon off, throw it in the dog bowl and he spends hours licking that thing.

    [deleted] My dogs like the fruit and veggie baby food purees on lick mats. Of course, use in moderation, read the nutrition label, and and check the ingredients list. I also highly recommend the powdered peanut butter as a mix-in.

    [deleted] Low fat cream cheese. Way less fat and calories than peanut butter. You can also use low fat Greek yogurt. I put it in the Kong and then freeze it, so it takes longer to finish.
